Welcome to Vyapaar. By playing, you agree to these simple terms.

1. The games are for fun

Vyapaar offers property-trading card game played with virtual chips and pieces that have no real-world or cash value and can never be exchanged for money or anything of value. Any "money", "properties", "wins", or scores are purely for enjoyment.

2. Be decent to other players

Play fairly and be respectful. Do not use the app to harass, abuse, or disrupt other players, or to attempt to break, overload, or misuse the service.

3. No account, no guarantees of availability

The app is provided free of charge with no login. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. Game rooms are temporary and expire automatically.

4. "As is"

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Because the games involve no money and no valuable items, there is nothing of monetary value at stake.

6. Intellectual property

Vyapaar is an original property-trading card game. Its name, card designs, artwork, and code are ours; please do not copy or redistribute them without permission.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
